What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept shipment from the carrier. If this is not possible, please carefully unwrap your package and examine the painting for damage. You MUST retain all shipping materials and take photos of the damage and packaging in order for a claim to be filed with the shipping carrier. Please notify me immediately and I will send further instructions based on the shipping carrier.

Since this is an original piece of art, I will refund your money in full (minus any shipping/packaging/payment costs) after the claims process has been completed with the shipping carrier.

For products from Fine Art America, they have their own process for handling shipping damage. You must contact them directly and they will send out a replacement product. Similarly with Redbubble, you must contact them directly to have a replacement product sent out.
